1 egg at room temperature
3 tbs cornflour
1 tbs flour (maida)
oil for frying

Ingredients for Chicken Chilli Dry:-

2 tbs oil
1 tbs chopped garlic
2 sliced green chillies
1 small, chopped onion
1 small, chopped capsicum
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp chilli sauce
2 tbs tomato ketchup
1/4 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
chopped fresh coriander for garnish
