INGREDIENTS:
* 5 Bell Peppers
* 14 oz Ground Meat (Pork and Beef mix recommended)
* 2 oz Quick-Cooking Oats (approx. 5 tbsp)
* 1 Carrot (grated)
* 1 Onion (grated)
* 1/3 cup Pureed Tomatoes (or 1 large grated tomato)
* 2 heaping tbsp Sour Cream (or thick Greek Yogurt)
* 1 tsp Dried Parsley
* 1 tsp Dried Dill
* Pepper, to taste
* 2/3 tsp Salt (or to taste)
* 3 tbsp Water
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Cut bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds, but keep the stems intact. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
3. In a large bowl, combine ground meat and quick-cooking oats. Mix well.
