
A day ago, I finally did it! Honestly, I didn’t think ground meet would work with sweet fruits and resin but all together were so perfect that I even did crispy taco the next day with the leftovers. Absolutely great dish and not so much time consuming! The only downside is calories due to a lot of nuts 🙁 Please advise what fruits you add into? I used pear, peach, apple (and almond and raisin) but saw pineapple is also popular choice. I think next time I will try to add fried walnut inside and into nogada, so they will be more intense in taste.
