    For the Mutton
    Mutton boneless – 250 g
    Salt – to taste
    Crushed black pepper – to taste
    Baking soda – 1 tsp
    Flour – ½ cup (for coating)
    Oil – for deep frying
    For the Stir-Fry
    Oil – 1 tbsp
    Garlic – 1 tbsp, finely chopped
    Spring onion bulbs – 2, cut into quarters lengthwise
    Onion – 2 thick slices
    Green chilies – 3–4, mix of spicy + mild, thick cuts
    Fresh red chilies – 3–4, thickly sliced
    Salt – to taste
    Crushed black pepper – to taste
    Light soy sauce – 2–3 tbsp
    Spring onion greens – for finishing

    Method
    Cut the mutton boneless into medium pieces. Pound well using a mallet until flattened and tender.
    Season the pounded mutton with salt, crushed black pepper, and baking soda. Rest for 10 minutes.
    Coat the mutton generously with flour, shaking off excess.
    Deep-fry in very hot oil for 2–2.5 minutes, until crisp and lightly golden. Remove and keep aside.
    Heat 1 tbsp oil in a wok on high heat. Add chopped garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
    Add spring onion bulbs, thick onion slices, green chilies, and red chilies. Stir-fry on high heat for 1–2 minutes, keeping them crunchy.
    Season lightly with salt and crushed black pepper.
    Add the fried mutton to the wok.
    Pour in the light soy sauce and toss on high heat until the mutton and vegetables are evenly coated.
    Finish with spring onion greens and serve hot.

But reality ye hai k aap kisi ki dead body ko kha rahe ho. Aur ye apke table me aane se pehle kisi ne usko pehle jaan se mara..fir chira, phada, kata. Agar apko kisi janwar ko khud marna pade to aap nai maar paoge…uske dead body ko paka k khana to bahoot door ki baat hai.

  4. In mangalore they serve this with beef a little more spicy i think coz of the dry spices they call it badshah style or manchurian style for some reason but it’s awesome. Pls try that recipe also
