Stuffed bell peppers Al vapor y arroz blanco

Always something that my wife makes at least once a month for dinner. Stuffed green bell peppers with cheese and seasoned ground beef (onion, garlic, tomato, salt garlic) cheese (this time she used two types of cheese Monterrey Jack and panela) white rice and I always jazz it up with Tabasco sauce (I like the vinegary bite and spice compared to Mexican salsas with this dish)

    Try with sriracha. So yummy! And the rice on the side is a good idea, I always put the rice inside of mine and it kinda gets lost, flavor wise. Will try this next time!
