Has anyone had their points blanked out, and no longer earning points or offers?

I've noticed my points had reset, most likely because the new year, but it also blanked out my Lifetime Points. I've ordered two or three times since, and still haven't gotten any points. I also get push notifications for Offers, but checking the app shows nothing. Am I "shadowbanned" from Taco Bell lmao?
