Homemade Chili Garlic Oil Recipe 🌶️🧄

Looking for that perfect spicy, aromatic kick to add to your meals? This homemade Chili Oil is easy to make, flavorful, and much better than store-bought versions!

Ingredients
In the Mixing Bowl:
Chilli Flakes: 2 tbsp
Sesame Seeds: 1 tbsp
Garlic & Ginger (Finely Minced): 1 tbsp
Black Pepper: 1 tsp
Salt: To taste
Red Chilli Powder: 1 tbsp
Vinegar: 2 tbsp
For the Infused Oil:
Cooking Oil: (As needed)
Onion: 1 (Sliced)
Cinnamon Stick: 1 piece
Black Peppercorns (Golki): 5-6 pieces
Bay Leaf (Tej Pata): 1-2
Cloves (Long): 3-4

Instructions
Prep the Base: In a heat-proof glass bowl, combine the chili flakes, sesame seeds, minced garlic and ginger, black pepper, and salt.
Infuse the Oil: In a pan, add the oil along with sliced onions, cinnamon, peppercorns, bay leaf, and cloves. Heat on a low flame to let the flavors infuse slowly.
The Sizzle: Once the spices are fragrant and the onions are slightly browned, strain the hot oil directly into your mixing bowl.
Final Touch: Add the red chili powder and vinegar to the bowl. Mix everything thoroughly while the oil is still warm.
Store: Let it cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container. Store in a cool, dry place.

Tips for Success:
Use a heat-proof bowl (like Pyrex or stainless steel) so it doesn’t crack when the hot oil hits it.
Make sure the flame is low so the spices don’t burn; you want them to release their aroma slowly.
