I had this cabbage and tomato salsa at a Mexican restaurant in Colorado on a trip and I can’t stop thinking about it. I can’t find a recipe similar anywhere on the internet, so not sure if it is a common recipe. It was apparently so popular in the town that they sold it by the gallon.
Anyone have a recipe for this?
