Mushroom Butter Gralic Pepper Fry
Ingredients:
Mushrooms – 250 g (cleaned & sliced)
Butter – 1 cub
Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped) + Garlic cloves – 6
Black pepper powder – 1 tsp (as per taste)
Green chilli – 4 (thinly sliced)
Ginger paste –1 tbsp
Onion – 2 small (thinly sliced)
Water – 1 cup (200ml)
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – hafe tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oil – 3 tbsp (to prevent butter burning)
Coriander leaves – for garnish
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp (optional, for freshness)
