Birria Udon. It was so delicious!


I know it's not traditional but all the flavor is there. I love caldos and soups and I'm always up for experimentation. It's been super cold in socal, and I wanted something warm and hearty. I made a caldo last week, and was still craving mexican flavor so I made this today. It scratched the itch for sure, it was so bomb!
