somehow my original text got deleted , so I am reporting this .
After this community saved my last harvest last year, by preventing me from cutting the tops off my plants when they got some sun burn, I am back with another questions seeking some advice.
I have about 30 seedlings going , most of them seem happy enough , but a few are developing white crinkly leaves early on. The seedlings are being grown under a grow lamp in a heated basement , with the temperature ranging from 17°C to 19°C. I was away for a few days and having come back to algae/moss, it seems I overdid it with my last watering , so I suspect overwatering to be a factor here.
As stated , thankfully most of the other seedlings seem fine ( having seen equal amounts of water) but as I have several types of peppers going , I guess this also may vary from plant to plant.
I would be happy to hear any insights on what this might be and tips soon how to react. I have strongly reduced ( for some even stopped) the watering for now as to not make anything worse. I also have a small fan going now to circulate some air to aide reduce the humidity at the plant.
Happy to hear any insights ! I guess these plants will "outgrow " this in time ?

Turn down the lamp or move further from plants.
I may be wrong, but my intuition says that the light is too strong.
