  1. Yeah idk why they say older rabbits are no good to eat. I've had more come out wrong that were at like 10 wks. The tenderloin can be weirdly too tender and almost paste like in texture if you do it wrong? Idk 🤷🏼‍♀️ sure looks like thisun came out great

  2. I love rabbit and eat some almost every week cuz I think it's better than chicken not that pricy and as healthy. My favourite recipe with it as a belgian is in a stew with mustard, belgian beer and brown sugar, some onions carrots and mushrooms. The amazing thing is you can let it stew for hours then the meat is so tender it falls off the bones

  3. Back in the day I fried up some rabbit…later my kids said"Mama,that's the best fried chicken I ever tasted" I just smiled,said I'm glad you liked it.
    Years later I told them it was rabbit…they both are still in denial about eating a rabbit.😂😂
    My big juicy Cheese burgers were actually Bison meat…had a house full of kids visiting asked them if they wanted burgers & fries😂 yeah all of them loved those cheese burgers…told them a week later it was Bison meat😅 all are in denial still. Happened back in the 90's….I basically just cook indigenous meats, Elk & deer being my favorite and quail too.❤

It's all about their diet and what you feed them and how you kill them that makes the difference in the way they taste I'm from the country bro it doesn't make a difference if the rabbit is young or old if the rabbit is stressed it let's out a chemical which sends a warning to their brain which tense the animal up making the meat tough.
