🌶️ தமிழ் |🔥 Chilli Oil Dipping Sauce Recipe



We saw the Chilli Oil Crisp recipe, now we have the Sipping Sauce which s equally delicious. The main difference between the two is the texture. While the crisp is crunchy and more like toppings, this one is an all purpose dip/ sauce that you can use directly for your momos, ramen, dosa, uthappam, eggs and everything.

🌶️Ingredients:

Neutral oil / Gingelly Oil / Groundnut oil or mix of oil of your choice

Whole spices to infuse oil – cinnamon, star anise, black cardamom, bay leaves, pepper corns, ginger

Wet ingredients – Garlic (slight grind) Onion (chopped), Spring Onion (chopped)

Dry ingredients: Salt, Sesame Seeds, Brown Sugar or powdered jaggery, Maggie Magic Cubes (1/4) optional, kutti mirch or grounded red chillies, for additional spice – Kashmiri Chilli powder.

    Wet ingredients – Garlic (slight grind) Onion (chopped), Spring Onion (chopped)

    Dry ingredients: Salt, Sesame Seeds, Brown Sugar or powdered jaggery, Maggie Magic Cubes (1/4) optional, kutti mirch or grounded red chillies, for additional spice – Kashmiri Chilli powder.

    Shelf-life: 3 months when refrigerated
