“Kya aapne kabhi itni tasty aur protein se bharpoor Soya Chilli ghar par banayi hai? 🧐✨

Aaj ki video mein main aapko dikhaungi ki kaise aap ghar ke basic masalon aur sauces se market jaisa Soya Chilli / Protein Rich Veg Starter bana sakte hain. Yeh recipe itni easy hai ki koi bhi ise 15 minute mein taiyaar kar sakta hai. Iska secret hai iska barik kata hua ginger-garlic tadka aur White Sesame Seeds ki garnish❤️

🛒 Ingredients

• Main: Soya Chunks (Boiled with 1 tsp Salt & squeezed dry).
• Coating: 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli, 1 tsp Black Pepper, 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste, 2-3 tbsp Cornstarch.
• Veggies: 1 Capsicum & 2 Onions (Cubes), finely chopped Ginger, Garlic & Green Chillies.
• Sauce Mix: 1 tbsp each (Tomato, Vinegar, Red Chilli, Soy Sauce) + 1 tbsp Cornstarch Slurry.
• Seasoning: 1 tsp Salt (for veggies).
• Garnish: White Sesame Seeds & Fresh Coriander.

👨‍🍳 Quick Method

1. Coat & Fry: Mix soya chunks with all Coating ingredients. Fry until light brown and set aside.
2. Sauté: Heat oil, sauté chopped ginger-garlic-chillies. Add onions, capsicum, and 1 tsp Salt. Cook on medium flame.
3. Toss: Add the Sauce Mix to the pan. Once it thickens, toss in the fried soya chunks and cook on medium flame for 1 minute.
4. Serve: Garnish with White Sesame Seeds and coriander. Enjoy❤️
