This easy crock pot turkey chili is one of my go-to meals when life is busy but I still want to eat better than takeout.
Nothing fancy.
Just ground turkey, chili beans, onions, and a few simple seasonings — tossed in the crock pot and cooked low and slow. I top it with cheese and tomatoes for extra comfort, and it’s honestly better than eating out.
Is it “perfectly whole”? No.
But cooking at home like this is so much better for you than fast food, overpriced takeout, or drive-thru dinners.
If you’re trying to cook more at home without stress, this recipe is for you.
