When I got hired at Taco Bell a few years ago, they made us take notes of all the menu item builds and the combos, and just generally everything. I have been doing some spring cleaning and found my old notebook with all my Good Ol Taco Bell Notes in it. I think its hilarious, but Im also wondering what other places want notes taken for training lmao
