Started off with extra large (sonara style)tortilla with ground beef and nacho cheese in the middle. Top with a tostada and cover with copycat quesadilla sauce. Top with pico, shlettuce, cheese, and small flour tortilla on top of the circle of ingredients. Smash down and fold in the sides to the middle and heat in pan for 4 mins each side
