Sow directly in the ground or in a pot?

As you can see in the image, my plants are already prepared for a final transplant, but I ran into the dilemma of whether to plant them in the ground or in a pot. My first option is the classic one: using 7-gallon grow bags with a good substrate. My second option is to section off an area of my garden and improve the soil in that entire zone.

P.S. I live in a tropical area, so frost isn’t a problem, but torrential rains are. The varieties in the image are Moruga Blackjack, RB003, Skunk, and Beast (all from Whitehot, since I got scammed by Texas Hot Peppers and none of them germinated lol).

Grow bags. Can’t beat the versatility. I also live in the tropics and it’s nice to be able to easily move the plants when needed.
