Start with a high quality extra virgin olive oil for best flavor. You can add some chopped cayenne peppers or chili peppers if you want to turn up the heat, or to turn down the heat reduce the amount of crushed red pepper. Ingredients
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves minced well
½ tsp sea salt
¼ tsp black pepper
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Steps:
1.In a bowl combine all the ingredients and whisk well.
2. Pour mixture into a skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, careful not to burn the garlic .
4.Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
Serve in a dipping bowl with warm Italian bread.
