    Rice paper sheets
    Garlic
    Green chilli
    Onion
    Carrot
    Capsicum
    Cabbage
    Salt
    Black pepper powder
    Dark soy sauce
    Oil

    Steps❤️:
    1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté chopped garlic and green chilli until fragrant.
    2. Add chopped onion, carrot, capsicum and cabbage. Sauté on medium flame until slightly soft but still crunchy.
    3. Add salt, black pepper powder and dark soy sauce. Mix well and cook for a few minutes. Turn off the flame and let the filling cool slightly.
    4. Dip a rice paper sheet in water for a few seconds until soft. Place it on a flat surface.
    5. Add a spoonful of prepared filling in the center and fold tightly from all sides to form a dumpling.
    6. Heat a pan with little oil and place the wrapped dumplings.
    7. Pan fry on medium heat, turning gently, until all sides become golden brown and crispy.
    8. Serve hot and enjoy your crispy rice paper dumplings.
