Hola everyone! I just baked cortadillo for the first time. I followed the recipe exactly and it looked and smelled right when I took it out of the oven, but when I tasted it… It was very eggy. It has been a few hours now and the taste is still strong. Also the cake is very moist. I’ve never tried cortadillo before so I’m not sure if this is what it’s supposed to taste like. Does this sound and look right or did I mess up in my bake?
