Crispy Rawa Squares Recipe | Easy Suji & Aloo Tea Time Snack #shorts



These crispy rawa squares are made with simple ingredients and turn out golden and crunchy. Perfect for evening tea or as a quick snack.

🥣 Ingredients:
• 1 cup rawa (suji)
• 1 cup water
• 1–2 boiled potatoes (mashed)
• 1 tsp jeera
• Salt to taste
• Chilli flakes as per taste
• 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
• Fresh coriander leaves (chopped)
• Oil for deep frying

👩‍🍳 Method:
1. Heat water in a pan and bring it to a boil.
2. Add jeera, salt, and chilli flakes.
3. Add rawa gradually and cook until thick.
4. Let the mixture cool slightly.
5. Add mashed potatoes, green chilli, and coriander. Mix well.
6. Roll the mixture and cut into small squares.
7. Deep fry until golden and crispy.

Serve hot and enjoy ❤️
