Vegan Recipe : Chili

My chili recipe that I modified from McCormick’s recipe
1 can black beans (drained)
1 can red kidney beans (drained)
1 can pinto beans (drained)
1 can corn (drained)
1 can fire roasted diced tomatoes (do not drain)
2/3 C of veggie broth
splash of water
1 packet of McCormick’s Low Sodium Mild Chili

Drain and rinse your beans, put them into a pot with everything else. Bring to a boil, then bring that temp down and put a lid on and let it sit for 10mins. Then put it on simmer and let it thicken up. Toppings as you wish.
