Hoping someone can ID what species of Capsicum this is (if it is one!). Sorry for the bad photos, all I have.
Friend recently moved to a new property, apparently the previous owners used to sell seeds of 'rare' peppers. There are quite a few different bushes around, but these immediately stand out for the small fruit size, and the large plant size (>6ft tall).
