### CHICKEN MARINATION

– Chicken Breast – 300 gm
– Egg Whites – 1 nos.
– Light Soy Sauce – 2 tsp
– Vinegar – 1/2 tsp
– GG Paste – 1/2 tbsp
– Corn Flour – 2 tbsp
– White Pepper – 1 tsp
– Salt to taste
– Oil – 1 tbsp (to shallow fry)

### STIR FRY

– Oil – 1/2 tbsp
– Garlic – 1 tbsp (chopped)
– Ginger – 1 inch (chopped)
– Spring Onion whites – 1 tbsp (chopped)
– Green Chili – 3 nos. (slit)
– Onion – 1 nos. (petals)
– Bell Pepper – 1 of each (petals)
– Broccoli – 10-12 florets (blanched)
– Light Soy Sauce – 3 tbsp
– Vinegar – 1 tsp
– Green Chili Sauce – 1 tbsp
– Corn flour slurry – 1 tbsp
– Water – 1/2 cup
– Spring Onion greens to garnish
– Rice – 100 gm (per meal)

  3. Yes , I'm a gym guy and I had discovered this recipe long ago to satisfy my cravings of Chilli Chicken whilst maintaining diet

    But what I do is that I toss the chicken in a hot wok without any oil and add water to it and cook the chicken until water evaporates and then prepare the sauce
