  2. 🌶️ Chili’s Triple Dipper

    Crispy Chicken Tenders
    Dry Mix:
    2 cups flour, 1 cup potato starch, 2 tsp baking powder, 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt.

    Wet Batter:
    1 cup dry mix, 1 egg, 2 cups cold water.

    Chicken:
    2 lb (900 g) chicken tenders, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp black pepper.

    Instructions:
    Season chicken; rest 10 min.
    Dredge → wet batter → dredge again.
    Fry 350°F (175°C) for 4–6 min.

    Spicy Honey BBQ:
    Mix 2 tbsp hot sauce, 3 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 3 tbsp ketchup, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp butter, 1–2 tsp vinegar. Simmer 2–3 min and toss chicken.

    Nashville Hot Mozzarella

    Cut fresh mozzarella into thick planks. Coat in seasoned flour → egg → breadcrumbs → repeat → freeze 10 min → fry until golden.

    Hot Oil:
    60 ml frying oil + 1 tbsp cayenne + 1 tsp brown sugar + ½ tsp smoked paprika + ½ tsp garlic powder + ¼ tsp chili powder + pinch salt.
    Dip or brush over mozzarella.

    🍔 Mini Chicken Sliders

    Make small patties with minced chicken, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Cook, top with cheddar.
    Toast brioche buns, add ranch, chicken patty, and top bun.

    Ranch
    Mix mayo, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic, onion, dill, parsley, chives, salt & pepper. Chill 30 min.

  5. Hi! This looks so yummy!! A while ago you make onion rings, and they looked really good. I want to ask, when you break the onion ring, is the onion inside like slimy and gooey..? i wanna make them but im scared of the texture
