Paneer Tikka Kabab Recipe

Ingredients:

200–250 g Paneer (grated)
1 small Onion (finely chopped)
½ Capsicum (finely chopped)
1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Bhuna Besan (roasted gram flour)
1 tbsp Cornflour
Chaat Masala (for garnish)
Oil or butter for greasing
Skewers (wooden or metal)

Steps :
1. In a bowl add grated paneer, chopped onion, capsicum, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, oil and lemon juice and mix everything well.
2.Add bhuna besan and cornflour to the mixture and mix properly until it binds together and becomes easy to shape.
3. Grease your hands with oil, take a portion of the mixture and shape it into a cylindrical kebab around a skewer.
4. Preheat the Agaro Marvel 48 Liters Oven Toaster Griller (OTG) at 200°C for 10 minutes.
5. Place the prepared skewers on the tray or grill rack and bake at 180°C for 15 minutes.
6. Switch the OTG to grill mode at 180°C for 3–5 minutes to give the kebabs a smoky golden finish.
7. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve the paneer tikka kabab hot with chutney or sauces.
