Stuck at seedings for a month

Had no trouble getting almost 100% germination within 6 days, but most died and none are growing. Germination was 2/16 and this is almost a month later. Help!

Soil is peat & perlite. Have a small fan going, heat mat to keep soil at 75⁰. LED light.

They got too dry on 2/24 and about half died by the time I was home from work. Trying to prevent that w more water but now have some moss. These are all chinense super hots.

It's probably already too late for me to even get peppers this year; here in south texas these guys should already be in the ground bc it will be too hot soon, but I've invested myself and really want to see these guys grow anyway.

Aww, that sucks. I seeded mine about 12 days ago and babying them daily. Could you bottom water with a diluted fish emulsion or even a balanced fertilizer diluted to under 5-5-5. Don’t give up – they’re still alive. You want a water-soluble fertilizer that the plant can easily take up.

Very important to take them off the mat once they’ve germinated. That should increase your success rate. And it’s not too late to get another round in if you start now!
