  1. These look fabulously delicious! 😋
Also, I love your baking dish! May I ask what size is it? I look forward to your response! 🙂

  2. Love the idea of the fresh onion inside the cheese enchilada! I’ve always asked for fresh onion on top at restaurants. I’m going to try this at home. Thank you, especially for the chili gravy recipe. 😊

  3. Thank you for sharing this. We’ve always cheated and used canned chili for the base to our enchilada sauce. I bet this is far better.

  4. What kind of oil you use to cook the meat and tortillas, what size are the tortillas and finally how many enchiladas does this make..looks so delicious i wanna try it. Im enjoying your channel now..been looking at all your cooking!!❤

  5. Yummy and delicious 😮😮😮I just love your cookware and pots and pans ❤❤❤❤❤❤oh you look so beautiful ❤❤❤

  6. This reminds me of my favorite Tex-Mex place in Dallas! No one makes them like this! Thanks for sharing Claudia! 🫶🤠

  7. Not trying to tell you what to call your food, but you made an enchilada sauce. You keep calling it a chili gravy and one lady thinks she can use a can of chili with no beans. 2 totally different flavors. You are an amazing cook!! So don’t think I am criticizing that. No I am not. That is exactly how I make my enchiladas and the sauce so of course I am not criticizing you at all. Only that I think it was confusing some people about chili when you are actually using the chili powder and paprika. Keep up everything else you do!! Like I said you are a great cook!!

  8. I can’t wait to make this…it looks absolutely delicious‼️ Thank you so much for sharing your recipe ❤

  9. ❤for the sake of your health, PLEASE fry in tallow or lard! Seed oils are deadly and you are still young enough to change your fate. Love❤
