Early Scorpion pepper germination?

Set up my germination tray ~4 days ago. My tray has scorpion peppers, jalapeños, tomatoes, and Malawis. Do you think I accidentally misplaced some of my seeds?

The seeds are mine from last year’s peppers if that helps
