Recipe : Mutton Karahi ๐
๐ธ mutton : 1 kg
๐ธ Oil/Ghee : 1/2 cup
๐ธ ginger :1/2. Tbsp Julian.
๐ธ tomatoes : 6 cut in half
๐ธ green chilies : I added 3 ( if you like more you can )
๐ธ black pepper and salt : As per taste

๐ add the mutton in the wok and fry it for two minutes donโt add water and then cover it for eight minutes.
๐ธ after that add ginger mix a little bit add salt and then put on the lid again for 35 minutes on medium low flame and do not mix ๐จ
๐ธ after that add tomatoes mix a little bit and then put on the lead again for the eight minutes until that you can remove the skin from tomatoes.
๐ธ when you have removed the skin add in black pepper and green chilies and mash the tomatoes and Coke for 10 more minutes and add a little bit of water or until you desire consistency.
