INGREDIENTS
Paneer Coating
β’ Paneer β 250g (cubed)
β’ Maida β 3 tbsp
β’ Cornflour β 3 tbsp
β’ Ginger garlic paste β 1 tsp
β’ Salt β to taste
β’ Black pepper β ΒΌ tsp
β’ Red chilli powder β Β½ tsp
β’ Water β 4β5 tbsp (thick batter)
Veggies
β’ Onion β 1 (square cut)
β’ Capsicum β 1 (square cut)
β’ Spring onion whites β 2 tbsp
β’ Garlic β 1 tbsp (chopped)
β’ Green chilli β 1 slit
Sauce Mix
β’ Soy sauce β 1 tbsp
β’ Red chilli sauce β 1 tbsp
β’ Green chilli sauce β 1 tbsp
β’ Tomato ketchup β 1 tbsp
β’ Vinegar β 1 tsp
β’ Sugar β Β½ tsp
β’ Black pepper β pinch
Slurry
β’ Cornflour β 1 tsp
β’ Water β 3 tbsp

π₯ METHOD
1οΈβ£ Fry Paneer
Coat paneer with batter and fry in medium-hot oil until light golden & crispy. Keep aside.
2οΈβ£ Stir Fry Base
Heat oil in a wok. Add garlic, green chilli & spring onion whites. Stir fry 20 seconds.
3οΈβ£ Add Veggies
Add onion & capsicum. Cook on high flame 1β2 minutes (keep crunchy).
4οΈβ£ Add Sauce
Pour sauce mix + ΒΌ cup water and let it simmer.
5οΈβ£ Thicken
Add cornflour slurry and cook till sauce becomes glossy.
6οΈβ£ Final Toss
Add fried paneer and toss gently.
Finish with spring onion greens.
