☔️ Barish aur garam garam Mirchi Pakode — Masi ne market se laayi hari mirch aur banaya crispy snack! 🌶️✨

Dekho kaise Masi ne rainy day mein banaye ye spicy, crispy pakode… aur taste karke kho gayi! 😋

📋 Recipe: Mirchi Pakoda (Stuffed Chilli Fritters)

Ingredients:

Pakode ke liye:
• 10-12 large green chilies (badi hari mirch) — slit lengthwise, seeds nikaal kar
• 1 cup besan (gram flour)
• 2 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta) — crispy banane ke liye
• 1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
• 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
• 1/2 tsp red chili powder (lal mirch)
• 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
• Pinch of asafoetida (hing)
• Salt to taste (namak swad anusar)
• Water for batter
• Oil for deep frying

Filling ke liye:
• 2 tbsp roasted peanuts (bhuni moongphali) — crushed
• 1 tbsp grated coconut (nariyal) — optional
• 1/2 tsp cumin powder (jeera powder)
• 1/2 tsp chaat masala
• Pinch of salt

Chutney ke saath serve karein:
• Hari chutney (green chutney)
• Imli chutney (tamarind chutney)

Banane ka tarika:
1. Mirch taiyaar karein: Green chilies ko dho kar clean karein. Bich mein se ek slit kaatein, seeds nikaal dein (agar kam spice chahiye to seeds nikaal dein). 🌶️
2. Filling taiyaar karein: Ek chhote bowl mein crushed peanuts, grated coconut, cumin powder, chaat masala aur pinch of salt mix karein. Is filling ko slit chilies ke andar bhar dein. 🥜
3. Batter taiyaar karein: Ek bowl mein besan, rice flour, ajwain, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric, hing aur salt daalein. Thoda thoda paani daal kar thick batter banaein — na zyada patla, na zyada garha. Batter ki consistency smooth honi chahiye. 🥣
4. Pakode fry karein: Kadhai mein oil garam karein. Filling wali mirch ko batter mein dip karein, poore coating ho jaye. Garam oil mein dheere se daalein. 🔥
5. Golden fry karein: Medium flame pe fry karein jab tak pakode golden brown na ho jaye. Dono taraf se crispy ho jaye. Nikal kar paper towel par rakhein extra oil absorb karne ke liye. ✨
6. Serve karein: Garam garam mirchi pakode ko hari chutney aur imli chutney ke saath serve karein. ☕

👉 Masi ki secret tip: Besan mein thoda sa ajwain aur rice flour daalo — pakode hamesha crispy rehte hain! Aur chilies seeds nikaal do to bachche bhi kha sakte hain.
