You will get addicted to this 6 minutes creamy chilli oil jammy egg rice if you are a uni student.



Boil water until it starts bubbling then add vinegar and salt it will help you peel the eggs easily. Gently place the eggs and set a timer for 5 and 1/2 minutes. Microwave your day old rice and place the eggs on top. Pour chilli oil, kewpie mayo , black pepper and spring onions! It’s that simple
