Zero Calorie Noodles?!! Made of Water?🤯 Fiery and Spicy Veggie Noodle Bowl✨🔥



Recipe⬇️ (322 Cals, 17g P)

1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
3-4 minced garlic cloves
1/2 onion sliced
Veggies of choice – Bellpeppers, Carrot, Cabbage
100g Tofu
1/2 tbsp crushed roasted peanuts
Salt
Pepper
Shirataki Noodles (Moi Soi/ Urban Platter)
🌸For the sauce –
1/4 cup imli juice (i soaked handful imli in hot water for 30 mins and properly squeezed the pulp to get the juice)
1 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 tbsp chilli sauce
Some water

✅Add oil, minced garlic, and sesame to a pan
✅Sauté this for two minutes and add onions
✅ Add your veggies and cook it on high flame for five minutes
✅ then add chop tofu and toss this until it’s a little golden brown
✅Add the sauce mix to this along with your shritaki noodles.
✅Also add salt and pepper along with crushed peanuts
✅ Toss the noodles well, cook for five minutes and it’s done❤️

  4. That non-stick pan seems worn out and may be releasing toxins. Cooking anything in it is unhealthy.
