For Filling
Cheese cubes or sliced cheese (for stuffing inside the rolls)
For Wet Coating
1 egg
ΒΌ teaspoon salt
Β½ teaspoon chili flakes
For Dry Coating
1 cup breadcrumbs
π Step-by-Step Method
Mix the chicken keema with crushed green chili, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, roasted jeera powder, chaat masala, chili flakes, oregano, breadcrumbs, olive oil, and salt. Mix everything well.
Place the prepared chicken mixture on a greased plastic sheet and spread it evenly. Put a cheese cube in the center.
Carefully roll the mixture and seal both sides properly to form a roll.
Dip the roll in the egg batter, then coat it well with breadcrumbs.
