Jalapeño & Sweet Pepper Poppers Recipe
1 block cream cheese
About 1 cup shredded cheese
Jalapeños and or sweet mini peppers, halved and deseeded
Turkey bacon or regular bacon slices
Salt and pepper
Beef Fajitas Recipe
Fajita cut steak, like flank or skirt
Salt (season generously)
Paprika
Chili powder
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Black pepper
Instructions: Fill each pepper half with cream cheese mixture, wrap with a slice of bacon, sprinkle with salt and pepper, place on blackstone or grill, you can also bake on a baking sheet at 400° for 25 to 35 minutes until the bacon is crisp and the peppers are tender. For the beef fajitas, let the meat come to room temperature first, salt it very well, then season hate generously with paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Grill until medium, let it rest, then slice against the grain and serve.
