Ingredients:-
1. 1chopped capsicum 🫑
2. 1chopped onion 🧅
3. 1/2 mini cup roasted mashed peanuts
4. 1 tbsp salt,haldi powder,chilli powder,dhaniya powder,garam masala,kasuri methi
Mix the ingredients well
5. In a pan add 3 tbsp oil
6. 1 tbsp jeera ,2 chopped green chilli,3-4 chopped garlic
7. Add shimla mixer and cook until it becomes soft
8. Add 1 cup of curd and coriander 🌿
