2 tbsp nonfat Greek yogurt
5 Large tomatoes
1 Green bell pepper
3 Cloves of garlic
1/2 Onion (medium)
1 Low sodium Chili powder packet
1 Can of corn
2 Cans of red beans
2 Cans of black beans
