Do you have chronic pain or an autoimmune condition you’re trying to manage through diet?
I am 72 year old lady, got off my diabetes meds 15 years ago, then had severe allergies which I had to figure out along with private tests, Dairy is one of my allergies along with a host of many others, I have since in the last 6 months started eating more plant based, i do eat fish so not completely vegan but definitely whole food based and I can say what a difference in my health, vigor and stamina, along with daily exercise on my treadmill I feel there is hope. Just found your channel recently and I love your recipes. Thank you so much 🙂
