Spicy Garlic Edamame (Restaurant Style)
Ingredients
• 2 cups edamame (in pods)
• 1 tbsp oil
• 2 tbsp chili crisp
• 3–4 garlic cloves, finely minced
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• Salt, to taste
Instructions
1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.
2. Add the edamame and cook for about 1 minute.
3. When the edamame float to the top, remove and set aside.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan over medium heat.
5. Add the chili crisp and garlic. Cook for about 30 seconds, until the garlic becomes fragrant.
6. Add the cooked edamame to the pan.
7. Splash in the soy sauce and toss everything together.
8. Turn off the heat and mix well until the edamame are fully coated.
9. Finish with a pinch of salt for extra flavor.
Serve immediately and enjoy.
