CHEESE GARLIC TOAST

Serves: 3–4

A quick and indulgent snack made with flavorful garlic butter, soft ladi pav, and melted cheese. Perfect when you want something delicious in just 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

FOR CONFIT GARLIC
2–3 Tbsp Oil
12–15 Garlic Cloves

FOR GARLIC BUTTER
1/3 Cup Butter (Softened)
1 Tbsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander (Finely Chopped)
Confit Garlic (Mashed)

FOR TOAST
6 Ladi Pav (Slit From The Middle)
Mozzarella Cheese (Diced – As Required)
Process Cheese (Grated – As Required)
1 Tbsp Chilli Oil

FOR GARNISH (OPTIONAL)
Mixed Herbs Or Oregano (As Required)
Chilli Oil (For Drizzling)

METHOD
1. Heat Oil In A Pan And Add Garlic Cloves. Cook On Low Flame Until The Garlic Becomes Tender And Light Golden (Garlic Confit).
2. Transfer The Garlic Into A Glass Bowl And Mash It Using A Spoon Or Fork.
3. In A Mixing Bowl, Add Soft Butter, Mashed Garlic, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, And Fresh Chopped Coriander. Mix Well To Prepare Garlic Butter.
4. Take Ladi Pav And Slit Them From The Middle. Separate The Halves And Arrange Them On An Oven Tray.
5. Spread The Prepared Garlic Butter Generously On Each Pav Half, Covering The Entire Surface.
6. Add Diced Mozzarella Cheese On Top, Followed By Grated Process Cheese To Cover Evenly.
7. Drizzle Chilli Oil On Top For Extra Flavor.
8. Bake In A Preheated Oven At 160–180°C For 5–6 Minutes Or Until The Pav Turns Slightly Crispy And The Cheese Melts. Keep Checking To Avoid Burning.
9. Once Ready, Remove From The Oven And Cut Into Equal Pieces Using A Pizza Cutter.
10. Garnish With Mixed Herbs Or Drizzle Some Extra Chilli Oil If Desired.

NOTE

• Cheese Quantity Can Be Adjusted As Per Preference.
• Bake Just Until The Cheese Melts And The Pav Becomes Slightly Crispy To Avoid Burning.
• Perfect As A Quick 10-Minute Snack Or Tea-Time Bite.
