Bread Rolls Recipe

Ingredients:
โ€ข 3โ€“4 boiled potatoes, mashed
โ€ข 1 small onion, finely chopped
โ€ข 2 tbsp fresh coriander, chopped
โ€ข 1โ€“2 green chilies, finely chopped
โ€ข Salt to taste
โ€ข 1 tsp chili powder
โ€ข 1 tsp chaat masala
โ€ข ยฝ tsp cumin powder (zeera powder)
โ€ข 6โ€“8 bread slices
โ€ข Water (for dipping bread)
โ€ข Bread crumbs (for coating)
โ€ข Oil for deep frying

Method:
1. In a bowl, add the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, coriander, and green chilies.
2. Add salt, chili powder, chaat masala, and cumin powder. Mix everything well.
3. Cut off the edges (corners) of the bread slices.
4. Dip each bread slice quickly in water, then gently squeeze to remove the extra water.
5. Place some potato mixture in the center and roll the bread to make a bread roll shape.
6. Coat the roll in bread crumbs.
7. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rolls until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
