What should I do with this abundance of beautiful heat?

Thai chili peppers. Ate one whole and was burning for a good 5-10 mins. Dehydrate? Pestle and mortar? Slice thin and use in a pan as a substitute for jalapeños or chilis? Let me know!!!! ✌🏼
