Roasted bell pepper pasta❤️✨



Roasted veggies + creamy pasta = pure comfort in every bite

Ingredients:
🔹 Bell peppers
🔹 garlic
🔹 onion
🔹 Tomato
🔹 Olive oil
🔹 pasta
🔹 parmesan cheese
🔹 Salt
🔹 Black pepper, Chili flakes,Italian seasoning

Instructions:
* Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
* Cut bell peppers, tomatoes, and onion into big chunks and place on a baking tray. Add whole garlic cloves.
* Drizzle olive oil, salt, and pepper over the veggies and mix well.
* Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes until soft and slightly charred.
* Let them cool slightly, then blend everything into a smooth sauce.
* Meanwhile boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Save ½ cup pasta water.
* Heat a pan, add the roasted sauce, black pepper powder,chili flakes, and Italian seasoning.
* Add cooked pasta and a little pasta water to adjust the sauce.
* Mix well, add grated cheese, and serve.
