Served up an early dinner. Ending a day of hardwork with our Mole Casero and then off to do homework.

Good thing about mole is that there are so many different types. Its always a new adventure to find the ingredients, do the prep work and cook. After all that fun, I let emulsify for 2 or 3 nights if I can hold out. Sharing with our neighbors is also most rewarding.
