Chili Garlic Egg Rice #shorts

Ingredients:
3–4 teaspoons oil
1 onion, finely chopped
6–7 garlic cloves
3–4 dry red chilies
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/3 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
2 eggs
1 cup cooked rice
Fresh green coriander (for garnish)

Preparation
Prepare the paste:
Grind the garlic cloves and dry red chilies together to make a fine paste.

Heat the oil:
Heat 3–4 teaspoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.

Sauté the onion:
Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes soft and slightly golden.

Add the paste:
Add 1 teaspoon of the prepared garlic and red chili paste and cook for a minute until fragrant.

Add the spices:
Add black pepper powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
Cook the spices well until they release their aroma.

Cook the eggs:
Crack the eggs directly into the pan and cook them, stirring well until they are fully scrambled and cooked.

Add the rice:
Add 1 cup of cooked rice and mix everything thoroughly so the rice is evenly coated with the spices.

Garnish:
Turn off the heat and garnish with freshly chopped green coriander.
