I was wondering if this is normal or possibly related to the grow light I’m using. Some of my seedlings have slightly faded spots on their leaves and look a bit droopy, while others appear perfectly healthy. I’m trying to figure out if I might be doing something wrong—like overwatering or giving them too much light.

bro, give them more light.
You’re blocking tons of light with those labels. Get some paper make a grid/map of your plants. Save those labels for when they get big.
labeling every single pod?
No this is not normal – you should get that checked

They need more light, that’s why they look leggy
More light, more sooner.

If you’re giving them more light than the Sun, you probably have an issue lol
What kind of light are you using? You want at least 100-300 PPFD or 5-15 DLI for this young stage, then 400+ PPFD or 20+ DLI when they’re a bit older.
You can use the Photone app (it’s free) to measure how much light they’re getting at the top of the plants.
