Lots of variety, but neither Bhut Jolokia has sprouted and it’s been over a month

All from Baker Creek Seeds: Datil, Cheiro Roxa, Chocolate and Yellow Seven Pot, Apocalypse Scorpion, Datil, Sugar Rush Peach, Jay's Peach Bhut Jolokia and Red/Ghost Bhut Jolokia

Planning to sell to a family member who wants to launch a hot sauce business from his home

I'm wondering if the Ghost and Jay's Peach Bhut Jolokia's just take a long time to sprout. They were planted on Feb 10th, if I remember correctly, and have a heat mat and grow lamp. Should I keep waiting or ask for a refund?
