Had some friends over and decided to do Mexican food! We’re actually quite proud of it
Entrée – Tostada with Tuna Ceviche and Chipotle crema
Main – Short Rib & Beef Cheek Birria Tacos
Dessert – Tres Leches
I think it’s pretty good for a Korean person living in New Zealand who’s never been to Mexico/knows anyone from Mexico 🙃
